Our Team

Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lamar University, a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Science and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from EIM Institute of Health Professions.
Jeremy has been practicing outpatient physical therapy in Dripping Springs for over 25 years in practice. Jeremy has been trained by the Spinal Manipulation Institute in the Mulligan Concept, the McKenzie Method, and the Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions.

Erin received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Science, and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has been a licensed P.T. for over 25 years in practice. Erin has recently completed Parts A & B of the McKenzie Institute program for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.

Dr. David Strong, PT, DPT
Clinic Director – Sawyer Ranch
David is skilled in manual therapy techniques that reduce pain/inflammation and improve range of motion. He is experienced in the treatment of neurological conditions, geriatrics, and cardiopulmonary disorders. David is an avid tennis player and enjoys returning overhead athletes to full participation in sports. His focus as a physical therapist is improving the human condition so that everyone can enjoy life without pain or dysfunction.

Valerie DeHulsters, PT
Physical Therapist
Valerie is a licensed physical therapist and Stott Pilates certified instructor. She graduated from Texas Women’s University with her master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and has been practicing for over 20 years.
Valerie has also completed training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and enjoys helping women overcome pelvic health issues including pelvic floor weakness, incontinence, pelvic pain, as well as pregnancy and postpartum related issues. She is a Texas Hill Country native and now resides in Austin with her husband and two girls.

Dr. Nicole Pazary, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Nicole is a licensed physical therapist and works full-time at Kethley Physical Therapy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at The University of Texas- Austin and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University in May 2019.
As a former soccer player with a history of knee injuries, Nicole is passionate about treating lower extremity injuries, ACL injury prevention, and returning athletes to sport. She has attended additional training courses in manual therapy techniques and has experience specializing in pediatric sport orthopedics.

Dr. Tyson Fernstrom, PT, DPT
Tyson is currently working on attaining his Cranio-Facial Certification and plans to pursue other secondary certifications in orthopedics and manual therapy. Outside of work Tyson enjoys spending time with his wife, weightlifting, hunting, fishing, and learning computer coding.

Dr. Michael Machado, PT, DPT
I’ve been blessed to receive a lot of support in reaching this moment in my life so my ultimate goal in this field is to become a clinical instructor so I can share my knowledge and passion with aspiring physical therapists, as well as specializing in shoulder pathologies. When I am not doing PT things, I enjoy paddle boarding, exploring Texas, watching stand up comedy, walking trails/hikes, and of course, playing fantasy football.

Dr. Rachel Kadlecek, PT, DPT
Rachel has received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy with a strong focus in outpatient orthopedics and a passion for building meaningful patient relationships. As a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch, she values honesty, integrity, and evidence-based clinical decision-making. She takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans rooted in the latest research and tailored to each patient’s goals.
Rachel recently presented at the 2025 Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) on the potential benefits of blood flow restriction to reduce muscle mass loss. Currently, she is expanding her skill set through education and certification in craniosacral therapy to offer more holistic care.

Dr. Scott Elmore, PT, DPT
Scott is a licensed physical therapist that works full-time at Kethley Physical Therapy. He received his Bachelor of Kinesiology in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2014.
Scott has enjoyed his work experience as he has been able to treat both children and adult populations to further his passion and expertise in the field of physical therapy. Prior to coming to work for Kethley Physical Therapy, Scott worked for Cook Children’s in the Fort Worth area for 5 years performing sports based pediatric physical therapy. Prior to pediatric care, he worked at a private practice outpatient facility for 6 years. He has a vast array of knowledge and treatment techniques regarding orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries and neurological conditions. Over the years he has completed advanced training in functional dry needling, scoliosis specific exercise technique, concussion management, manual therapy, rehabilitation for the overhead throwing athlete, and barbell weightlifting methods for further advancement of patient care with physical therapy intervention.
Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He is a big fan of baseball. He also enjoys hiking, working out, playing golf, and watching sports in his free time.

Levi Riffel, PTA
I moved to Austin in 2006 and started practicing as a massage therapist in 2008, working also as a Chiropractic Assistant. I had the privilege of working for the athletic department of the University of Texas performing sports massage with most of the athletic programs there from 2008-2013. In 2013 I graduated from the Austin Community College’s Physical Therapists Assistant program and also moved to Dripping Springs. Initially I worked part time at both a pediatric clinic in Dripping Springs as well as an outpatient orthopedic clinic (Texas Orthopedics) in Austin. I continued to work at Texas orthopedics full time until March 2020.
Following months of working at Lakeway Aquatic Physical Therapy I happily began working at Kethley Physical Therapy in April of 2022. My hobbies include traveling, cycling, hiking, and cooking and eating good food. When not too busy with raising my two kids, my wife and I enjoy watching live music. This fall I coached my son’s recreational baseball team for the first time and plan on doing this again this spring.

Kris Lindahl, PTA
Kris Lindahl is an experienced physical therapist assistant with a robust 15-year career in the healthcare field. After graduating from Austin Community College in 2012, Kris dedicated 12 years to pediatric physical therapy, honing his expertise in treating young patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Over the past three years, he has broadened his scope of practice by transitioning to outpatient adult physical therapy, where he continues to make a significant impact in the rehabilitation of adults suffering from a range of physical ailments.
Throughout his career, Kris has developed a reputation for compassionate care, a hands-on approach, and an unwavering commitment to helping his patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. His experience in both pediatric and adult therapy has given him a unique ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals, making him a trusted and effective healthcare professional.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kris values time spent with his family, including his wife and three daughters. He enjoys exploring the world through travel and embraces an active lifestyle with hobbies such as road cycling, trail running, hiking, and camping. Additionally, Kris is an avid movie-goer with a lifelong passion for music, being a musician himself. His dedication to maintaining balance between his professional and personal life speaks to his holistic approach to health and well-being.
Kris is deeply committed to continuous learning and growth, always seeking new ways to enhance his skills and provide the best possible care to his patients.

Rebecca Quick, PTA
Originally from Florida, Rebecca came to Dripping Springs in 2020 and started working for Kethley PT as a tech while finishing her undergraduate degree of Kinesiology from Tarleton State University. After a few years of working as a tech, Rebecca was accepted to South University’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program and graduated in March of 2025. She has now returned to the place where it all started and now lives in Wimberley.
While Rebecca has recently received her license, she is looking forward to learning new techniques and interventions that will benefit her patients. Rebecca is looking forward to taking a Dry Needling course in the near future. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time exploring her now hometown’s hidden charms, reading a good book, finding new local coffee shops, and spending time with her dog.
